Kara DemaioKara DeMaio is a writer and illustrator who loves to connect with people through writing. She is inspired by poetry, flower gardens, and sitting by a fire, and is primarily fueld by lattes and cheese plates. She strives to write books that connect peple so they feel less alone, raise awareness, encourage hope, and help open our eyes to the silent struggles we may not otherwise recognize.
