Karen EdgeKaren Edge is Pro Vice Provost (International) at UCL and Reader in Educational Leadership at UCL Institute of Education, London. Karen was Principal Investigator of the ESRC-funded Global City School Leaders Project examining Generatio X leaders' careers and aspirations in London, New York and Toronto. Karen works globally with schools and organisations to explore leadership, talent spotting, retention and system change.
