Karissa Wright is a Gitxsan land defender, mother, and advocate from the House of Wilp Git’tsim’gedimgyat, a Wolf Clan House from Anspayaxw. Her work centers on Gitxsan law, matrilineal governance, and the collective respnsibilities that sustain Indigenous legal orders as living systems rooted in land, kinship, and continuity.
