She is the author of The Novel in the Age of Disintegration: Dostoevsky and the Problem of enre in the 1870s, and co-editor of A Dostoevskii Companion: Texts and Contexts and Dostoevsky at 200: The Novel in Modernity, as well as articles on Dostoevsky, Herzen, Saltykov-Shchedrin, Tolstoy, and historical poetics.
