Katherine Hertlein, PhD

Katherine Hertlein, PhD, is a Professor and Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs and Professional Development at the Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University. She received her master's degree in marriage and family theapy from Purdue University Calumet and her doctorate in human development with a specialization in marriage and family therapy from Virginia Tech. Dr. Hertlein has won numerous awards for research, teaching, mentorship, and supervision across her career including the Nevada System of Higher Education’s Regent’s Rising Researcher Award and Barrick Scholar Award from UNLV.
