Katherine Ponte

Katherine Ponte has lived with a diagnosis of severe bipolar 1 disorder with psychosis for over 20 years. She is a mental health advocate, coach, lawyer, Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner and part of the Department of Psychiatry's rogram for Recovery and Community Health at Yale University.

She is a leading mental health blogger and works with the National Alliance on Mental Illness. In 2018, Katherine started the Forlikeminds Facebook page and runs an online peer support community, www.forlikeminds.com.
