Kathryn HellersteinKathryn Hellerstein, Ph.D., is Professor of Yiddish and the Ruth Meltzer Director of the Jewish Studies Program at the University of Pennsylvania. She is the author of numerous articles on women in Yiddish literature as well as the award-winning A Qustion of Tradition: Women Poets in Yiddish, 1586-1987 (Stanford University Press, 2014).
