Kehinde Ojo

Kehinde Akinlolu Ojo is a seasoned IT professional, healthcare professional, and advocate of intentional living, whose journey from fast-paced chaos to grounded purpose has inspired a shift not just in his own life, but in the lives of those he woks with and mentors.

With over 19 years of experience in IT sector, and frontline mental health support in the NHS, Kehinde has seen firsthand how overstimulation and constant busyness erode peace of mind. His deep involvement in both high-pressure tech environments and human-centered care has given him a rare insight into the balance between productivity and well-being.
Kehinde holds an MSc in Computer Science and an MBA in Digital Marketing from the University of the West of Scotland. He is currently pursuing a PhD, further demonstrating his ongoing commitment to academic and professional excellence. Over the years, he has led IT teams and delivered impactful work for respected organisations including Mott MacDonald, Cambridge Education, and MSI Tetra Tech, while also consulting on global development projects for UNICEF, USAID, and UKAID.

In addition to his IT expertise, Kehinde has worked extensively within the UK healthcare sector, supporting vulnerable individuals across a wide range of clinical and mental health settings. His experience spans several leading NHS Trusts, including South London and Maudsley, King's College Hospital, Guy's and St Thomas', Camden and Islington, North London Partnership, Kent and Medway, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals, and University Hospitals of Derby and Burton. His approach to mindful living blends evidence-based practices with real-life adaptability. Through years of personal transformation, professional dedication, and spiritual grounding, he now champions the power of intentional mornings as a catalyst for better days and more meaningful lives.

When he's not coding, mentoring, or caring for patients, Kehinde can be found journaling at dawn, reflecting on scripture, or spending quiet moments with nature and music. This book is his offering to those seeking clarity in the chaos-a gentle but firm guide to reclaiming mornings with purpose and peace.
