Keith LandryKeith Landry wrote two short stories in the late 1980s and submitted them to a magazine in a contest. He won first and second prize. Due to a busy career in public service, he discontinued writing. Retired now, he enjoys his time researching old newsapers and writing about events that he remembered happening in his past. This is his first book. The first printing of this novel sold out within 3 weeks. Special thanks to Heidi Marie, my cherished daughter-in-law, for her fantastic portrait sketches and to my wife, who I love very much, for proofing my writings. Special thanks to my readers who read my drafts and provided me with encouragement and feedback: Pamela McHugh, Stephen Duggan, Paul and Louise Landry, Michael Landry, Heidi Marie Landry and Vivian Landry.
