Ken KuroiKen Kuroi was born in Niigata Prefecture in 1947. He graduated from Niigata University's Faculty of Education. His picture books include Gongitsune (Gon the Little Fox), Tebukuro o kai ni (Shopping for Mittens), Ano ne, Santa no kuni de wa ne... (So n the Land of Santa...) and the Korowan series.
