Kenneth G BrownKenneth G. (Ken) Brown is the Ralph L. Sheets Professor of Management and Associate Dean, Tippie College of Business. Brown served as the editor of Academy of Management Learning & Education (2012-2014) and on the editorial boards of Academy of Management Review, Journal of Management, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management Education, and other journals. He edited The Cambridge Handbook of Workplace Training and Employee Development (Cambridge University Press, 2017) and co-authored Human Resource Management: Linking Strategy to Practice (4th ed., 2019, Wiley). Brown is also an award winning scholar and teacher, having received best paper awards from Human Resource Management (2003), Academy of Management Learning & Education (2010), and Human Relations (2016), and teaching awards from the University of Iowa, the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the HR Division of the Academy of Management.
