Kenneth G. H. BaldwinKen Baldwin is Director of the Australian National University (ANU) Energy Change Institute and an ANU Public Policy Fellow. He is also Director of the ANU ECI Grand Challenge Zero-Carbon Energy for the Asia-Pacific.
