A Rhodes Scholar, Professor Mwenda is an alumnus of the University of Oxford. His scholarly wors are widely cited both in academia and practice. A recipient of several scholarly awards, Professor Mwenda has been interviewed by various leading international television networks. In 2023, he was elected as Honorary Fellow at Exeter College, University of Oxford. At the World Bank, Professor Mwenda has served in various leadership roles and is currently the Executive Head of the World Bank's Voice Secondment Program.
