Kenneth W DamKenneth W. Dam is the deputy secretary of the treasury and the Max Pam Professor of American and Foreign Law at the University of Chicago Law School. He served as executive director of the US Council on Economic Policy in the Nixon administraton and as deputy secretary of state in the Reagan administration.
