He is the recipient of fellowships and awards from the San Francisco Arts Commission, Center for Cultural Innovation, ad Martha's Vineyard Institute of Creative Writing. His work has recently appeared or forthcoming in Ploughshares, Konch, The San Franciscan, Cincinnati Review, North Carolina Literary Review, and several international poetry anthologies. He is the founder and director of The Living Room SF.
