Keza Macdonald
Keza MacDonald is the video games editor at the Guardian, for whom she also writes the 'Pushing Buttons' newsletter; she previously worked pretty much everywhere in the games media, including as editor-in-chief of Kotaku UK. Se has spoken about games extensively on radio and television and has presented a Radio 4 documentary on the history of games.MacDonald grew up in Edinburgh, left home at sixteen to work on a video games magazine and hasn't lost interest in them since. She has spent nearly two decades as a journalist immersed in video game culture, writing about how they are made, how they are played and how they connect people to each other all over the world. She now lives in Glasgow with her partner and children.
