He has quite dynamically steered initiatives to materialize a vision of public empowerment and facilitation through digitalization of public sector departments. Automation of the judicial system, computerization of land records, computerization of driving licenses, e-facilitation centers, establishment of tele-medicine centers, online complaint addressal mechanism, dynamic interactive web interfaces for public sector departments, telepresence/video conferencing facilities, etc. are some of his major achievements in the last two and a half years.
