Khosro MorovatiDr. Morovati obtained his PhD in Hydraulic Engineering from Tsinghua University (China). His recent works are dedicated to finding nature-based scientific solutions for transboundary rivers and water resource management by developing hydrological, hyrodynamic, data science, and multi-criteria decision-making approaches.
