Kim EvansKim Evans, Ed.D. is a career educator and served in various capacities including teacher, assistant principal, principal, assistant superintendent and most recently, superintendent, prior to retirement. As a superintendent, she was responsiblefor the allocation of all resources to ensure a quality education for the students in Greensville and Emporia.
