Kim JansmaKimberly Jansma received her Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics from the University of Texas at Austin. She was Senior Lecturer and French language program director at UCLA for more than 30 years where she taught language and linguistics courses and was incharge of instructor development. In addition, she directed UCLA's Summer French language program in Paris. Dr. Jansma's research interests include pragmatics, technology-enhanced language learning and performance assessment. She has published several pedagogical texts and presented her research at major conferences. Dr. Jansma is a recipient of UCLA's Distinguished Lecturer Award and the Copenhaver Award for Innovation in Teaching with Technology. Read More Read Less
