Kim Van TittelboomKim Van Tittelboom has been a professor in the field of Sustainable Structures at Ghent University, Belgium since 2016. In her research she focusses on sustainable structural engineering through self-healing of cracks in concrete, prevention of reinfrcement corrosion and 3D printing of cementitious materials. Her research group consists of about 10 postdoctoral and Ph.D. researchers.

She has supervised almost 10 (inter)national projects in these areas. She is currently MC substitute of COST CA15202 SARCOS and both recruitment coordinator and trustee of the European Marie Curie ITN SMARTINCS. Kim Van Tittelboom is (co-)author of 57 A1 journal publications, more than 70 articles published in proceedings of international conferences, 7 book chapters and she is co-editor of 4 books.
