Knud Rasmussen
Knud Rasmussen (1879-1933) was a Danish explorer known for his extensive travels in Greenland and the Arctic regions. He dedicated his life to studying and documenting the cultures and traditions of the indigenous peoples, including the Eskimo. Ramussen's work in collecting Eskimo folk tales has preserved valuable insights into the folklore and heritage of the Inuit communities.
