Konstantin Glasman

Konstantin Glasman is a professor and the head of the International Relations Office as well as head of the Video Systems Department at St. Petersburg University of Film and Television, Russian Federation. His main research interests include imageprocessing, visual quality aspects of video coding, multimodal quality evaluation in digital television systems with video and audio compression, and multimedia resource allocation. He is a scientific editor of MediaVision Magazine.
