He also graduated LLM from the Exeter University in 1988, LLM by research from the University of East Anglia in 1989, and DPhil from Oxford University in 198. He was a PostDoctoral Research Fellow at the Faculty of Law, Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Lecturer in Law at the Universities of Aberdeen, Sussex, and East Anglia. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Law of International Organizations, Department of Mediterranean Studies, University of the Aegean, Greece. He is also a practicing lawyer.
