Kuan Tsee Chee Dr Chee Kuan Tsee received his medical education in Singapore and obtained both his Diploma in Psychological Medicine on a Colombo Plan Fellowship and; completed his membership examinations for the Royal College of Psychiatrists in the United Kingdo.
