Kwok Wai MaGraduated from the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology with a Ph.D. degree in Social Science, Kwok Wai Ma has had over 10 years of experiences in conducting academic research in a range of fields including innovation studies, human resource anagement and information system management. In 1999, the author took on a research position at Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, where he was introduced to innovation studies. Since then the author has worked in the same field in a range of research projects. In the year 2000 and 2006, the author participated in the consulting teams on two separate projects on innovation system for the Hong Kong government.
