Kwoklyn WanKwoklyn Wan is a British born food fanatic and big brother to Gok. He has been fascinated by food from a young age having learned his trade in his father's restaurants in Leicester. By his early twenties he took over managing the Wan family business ollowing his dad's retirement. More recently, Kwoklyn launched his cookery schools at Abbots Oak Manor in Leicester in May 2017 and he does a range of classes from a basic introduction to Oriental cuisine through to Asian Street food and Takeaway Classics.
