L. BurtonL. Devere Burton, PhD has been involved with agricultural education most of his life, first as a student, and then as a teacher and state program supervisor. He retired as Dean of Instruction at the College of Southern Idaho in 2006. He is a graduateof Utah State University and Brigham Young University and holds a Ph.D. from Iowa State University.
