L.Y. AstaninLev Astanin received his MS, PhD and Doctor of Technical Sciences degrees in radioengineering from the Mozhaisky Military Academy of Space Engineering in Leningrad. Since 1989, he has been with the Baltic Technical University in St. Petersburg where e is a Professor of Technical Cybernetics. He is a member of the Editorial Board of the journal Zarubezhnaya Radiodeetronica and Head of the UWB Radar Division at the Radioavionica Association.
