Lalit Mansukhani KumarLalit Kumar Mansukhani is All-India topper of his IRSSE batch and holds more than 30 years of experience in Railway Industry including 4 years of the UK Railway Signalling Design House. He has also served in ISRO for 4 years. He is recipient of severl awards and accolades. He is regarded as the prime architect of Cab signalling based IR-ATP Kavach and its radio communication backbone, MComm. As Director/Signal/RDSO, he pioneered the core R&D and coordinated the field trials in association with three Indian firms in 265 kms section which included Train Traffic Throughput Enhancement. His name appears as an inventor in the Kavach s Patent application. He made inhouse presentation of Kavach to the Hon ble Prime Minister of India in 2016.
