Lara Zibarras

Lara D. Zibarras is Senior Lecturer in Organisational Psychology at City University London and Associate Director for Research at the Work Psychology Group. As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Associate Felow of the British Psychological Society, she has conducted extensive selection assessment research in high-stakes settings, focusing on the applicants’ perspective, and use of innovative assessment methods such as situational judgement tests. She has published widely in academic journals and consulted for public and private sector organisations in the areas of selection, training, development and psychometric assessment.
