The undrafted free agent from Bethune Cookman University began his journey to pro football stardom on the streets of Miami as a oungster. He emerged from Booker T. Washington High School as a raw recruit overlooked by most colleges. Little nevertheless kept improving as an offensive guard. The San Diego Chargers offered him a free agent contract upon his college graduation, and then a couple of years later, he was traded to the Miami Dolphins.
