Laura Macaluso "Laura A. Macaluso, Ph.D. is the author of books and essays about art and history, with a focus on monuments, material culture, and museums. Her recent publications include The Public Artscape of New Haven: Themes in the Creation of a City Image, AGuide to Thomas Jefferson's Virginia, and Monument Culture: International Perspectives on the Future of Monuments in a Changing World.
