Laura SommerLaura Sommer was born and raised in England, U.K. and immigrated to the USA in 2009. With a degree in Fine Art and 20 years as a former high school Art teacher, Laura is now a full-time artist who draws, paints, laser engraves and creates mixed-mediapieces. She sells her work at local art markets, online, in shows, at businesses, and loves to create commissioned work. She is excited to publish her first book, 'Animal A-Z' that features a whole alphabet of her own black pen illustrations. This style of drawing began when she drew a collection of sea- creatures for her grandson's bedroom wall. Now she draws animals from all over the world, as well as other forms of nature.
