Lauren Walker

Lauren Walker has been a yoga and meditation teacher since 1997. She created Energy Medicine Yoga while teaching at Norwich University, and she has also taught at the Kripalu Center, Omega Institute, Feathered Pipe Ranch, Hollyhoc Retreat Center, 1440, and at many yoga festivals including Wanderlust and Yoga Journal Conference. Her writing has been featured in Yoga Journal, Mantra+, Yoga Digest, and The New York Times, and she's published two other books on Energy Medicine Yoga, both of which won the Silver Nautilus Award for best mind/body book. Lauren has also developed online and in-person classes as well as an online teacher training program and has built a community of International Energy Medicine Yoga teachers she personally trained.
