She invited friends, friends invited friends, and her Circle of Creative Friends has continued to grow and expand ever since. Laurie's Flow Challenges are based on the idea that each person knows what they really need, and what simple daily activities can change their lives. She has been absolutely amazed by how powerful simply honoring the intuitive and creative callings in our hearts has had in her own life, as well as the lives of others.Since 2020, she has led more than 25 Flow Challenges. People have participated from ages 15 to 83 in four different continents. She loves hearing from her flow community, and shares stories of participants on her blog.Personally, Laurie is on a journey of sharing her heart and creative work even when imperfect, writing as much as she absolutely can, and supporting others on similar journeys.
