Leia HugheyLeia Hughey, Ph.D. grew up in Kelso, Washington. After high school she moved to Atlanta, Georgia where she attended college. She graduated from Georgia State University with her doctorate in 1987. Since becoming a psychologist, she has practiced as bth a private practitioner and in community agencies. Dr. Hughey and her husband currently reside on their small horse farm on the outskirts of Corvallis, Oregon. Dr. Hughey continues to provide psychotherapy in her full-time private practice. She often includes her horses in her therapy process. She is certified as a Mental Health Professional through EAGALA. She works with people of all ages.
