Leisha HaileyLEISHA HAILEY is an actor, director, executive producer, musician, and podcaster. Hailey is best known for her beloved breakout character, "Alice Pieszecki," in the groundbreaking Showtime Network series The L Word and the reboot, The L Wor: Generation Q.
