She has published numerous articles in The Washington Post and HuffingtonPost. She has also been interviewed for a variety of publications as an expert, including Self Magazine and Glamour Magazine. She is the co-host of a psychology podcast, "Sessions with Bob and Lena" and is a public speaker.
