Author Leon Johnson is a life-long learner, retired teacher, principal, and special programs administrator. His experience spans a thirty-four-year career followed by another fifteen years spent studying child development. Leon also supervised student teacher practicums for Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington. He is an accomplished pianist, having released his first album in 2019. He earned a BA and MA from Central Washington University and advanced administrative credentials from both Central and Eastern Washington Universities.
