Leslie GodfreyLeslie Godfrey began her life as a desert-dweller. She grew up in Tooele, Utah and built a legal career in Las Vegas, Nevada. Drawn to an adventure at sea anyway, in 2016 she and her husband cast off the dock lines to their Valiant 40 sailboat, Sonria, to sail the world. Pointing the bow westward, they sailed from San Diego, California, USA on a bid to cross all three oceans and visit as many countries as possible along the way. Leslie is fascinated by the pursuit of goals that take hold of unlikely dreamers and push one to grow beyond the expected path for their lives.
