Lingaraj RathLingaraj Rath (1957), a retired Administrative Officer of Odisha, has so far authored fifteen books in Odia including a significant Research Thesis on the poet, Radhamohan Gadanayak. Primarily a poet, Rath is the recipient of a number of awards and hnors, including the prestigious Rajdhani Pustakmela Samman for Essay, conferred upon him by several literary and cultural organisations of Odisha.
