Originating from Grafton NSW, Lisa graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science, before relocating to the Mudgee region of NSW.Lisa describesher art as an ever-present undercurrent in her life. Although her art practice usually evolves around drawing and depicting native Australian birds and wildlife, becoming a mother to two little girls inspired Lisa to expand her artistic talents to the world of children's book illustrating.
