LivingstonI had a difficult childhood, losing my beloved father, whilst living in Africa, aged six. I was brought up in Scotland with my Mum and sister and, never felt that I really belonged, either in my family or, in the outside world. I trained in classicalWestern medicine as both a scientist (Immunologist) and nurse. In my forties, I really felt the need to do some soul searching and started on the road of transformation through personal development. I totally resonated with spiritual truths delivered by gifted visionaries like Ekhart Tolle, Marianne Williamson, Deepak Chopra and Abraham Hicks. This became my passion and I studied advanced Feng Shui and Bioenergetics to optimise my external environment. It took me longer to master the energy of my internal environment but the constant practice of Qi Gong, Energy Medicine, yoga, personal training, psychotherapy through Three Principles Intervention (3PI) and meditation allowed me to slowly release my own invisible health blockages of mind and body so that, I became more vibrant, youthful, loving, open and energetic. I realised then that this was my life purpose - to help others heal, to show them that they were not flawed, not a failure, no matter what life had thrown at them and, if manifesting physical illness, that this could also be healed. I built a client base in body sculpting, 3PI and Qi Gong healing and was thrilled by the health benefits my clients manifested in short periods of time. I continued with my fascination for science and medicine however and, a few years ago, embarked on becoming the most advanced nurse I could be, by training as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. This was a fascinating course as it allowed me to assess and diagnose patients with physical ailments, form a plan of care and prescribe medication where indicated. I could not, however, ignore my spiritual calling and realised just how few medical professionals or patients had any idea about the whole untapped world of alternative medicine. I have recently enjoyed advising the public about the truths and fictions relating to the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic as an expert Immunologist and love helping ease the pain of those worried or misinformed. I understand that is vital that I get my message out globally, as a Total Health Makeover specialist and Integrated Medical Consultant to join those committed to the mass enlightenment and healing of our planet. I have spent the last 45 years investing deeply into the study and practice of all aspects of health and healing mental and physical problems through both western and eastern practices. I too, went through periods of ill health, depression, lack of energy and poor motivation over the years.
