Liwen TaoGrowing up in China during 60's, I didn't have access to children's books. I dreamed that one day, I'd wear a white coat and work in a science lab! In 1985 I traveled to the US as a scholar, then went to graduate school. I was trained in endodontic dntistry and in 1991 I became an Endodontist! My interest in photography began during our family trips with my lovely 2 children and my husband, while enjoying wildlife in its natural environment. I have traveled seven continents, climbed the Himalaya for Snow Leopards; searched for Emperor Penguins by the ice breaker; watched Lemurs on the mountains in Madagascar; observed Polar Bears at -30 F degrees at Arctic; and enjoyed a gorilla family in Uganda, as well as Jaguars in the Pantanal of Brazil.
