He holds a BSc in International Relations (Major), Sociology (Minor), and Political Science (Minor) as well as a Masters in Sociology of Development from the University of th West Indies, Jamaica with a focus on electronic commerce (e-commerce), and a PhD in Social Policy from the University of Waikato, New Zealand with a focus on electronic tourism(e-tourism). Currently, he is located at The University of theWest Indies, (Mona Campus) Kingston Jamaica. ProfessorWaller's area of research include Digital TransformationPolicies and Practices, Electronic Governance, Governance, Tourism Resilience, Advanced Research Methods and well as Development Studies.
