Lolo Smith LoLo Smith is an educator and writer of 8 children's books. She was born and raised in St. Louis where she earned a Bachelor's at a teacher's college. She moved to the District of Columbia where she co-founded a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization, Do he Write Thing of DC.
