Loraine Spencer
Born in Halifax, LORAINE SPENCER graduated from McGill in 1959 with a B.A. and in 1961 with a B.LS. She has working at the University of Toronto Library and as Divinity Librarian at McGill University. She is at present Assistant Librarian a the Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology, Scarborough.
