Lothar Kettenacker Lothar Kettenacker was deputy director of the German Historical Institute London (1975– 2004) and held an adjunct professorship at the Goethe University Frankfurt. He did his PhD on Nazi occupation policy in Alsace. He has publishd on the history of the Third Reich, Anglo-German relations and the history of the Federal Republic.
