Lothar Kettenacker Lothar Kettenacker was deputy director of the German Historical Institute London (1975- 2004) and held an adjunct professorship at the Goethe University Frankfurt. He did his PhD on Nazi occupation policy in Alsace. He has publishedon the history of the Third Reich, Anglo-German relations and the history of the Federal Republic.
