Louis G. RubinoDr. Louis G. Rubino is Professor and Chair of the Health Sciences Department at California State University, Northridge (CSUN). In the community, he serves as a governing board member at St. Francis Medical Center and is Chair of their Quality and Paient Safety Subcommittee. Prior to academia, Dr. Rubino served for 20 years as a hospital administrator and health system executive. Dr. Rubino holds a master’s degree and PhD in Public Administration from the University of Southern California. His expertise is the study of integrated systems with special emphasis on the operation of acute hospitals, international comparative studies in hospital administration, and leadership.
